Kate is a qualified Solicitor with over 10 years experience and I specialise in Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Court of Protection work.She is friendly, approachable and sensitive to her clients needs. She enjoys meeting with clients and assisting them, sometimes helping them at a very difficult time in their lives. Kate is professional and strives to meet her clients expectations at all times.

Christine Nestor
Immediate Past President
Christine Nestor is a Partner at Green Wright Chalton Annis Solicitors and has practiced in Matrimonial and Children Litigation since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2000. On a voluntary basis, Christine has sat as a Community Panel Member with the Youth Offending Service in Worthing for 12 years and is a trained Restorative Justice Conference Facilitator.
Outside of work Christine enjoys climbing, trekking and running.

Leanna is a Chartered Legal Executive based in Wannop's Worthing Office. She has over 7 years experience in dealing with Childcare Matters advising clients at all levels of Child Protection to include Child Protection Conferences, Meetings Before Proceedings and representation in Care Proceedings.
She has experience of dealing with Mental Health Issues, Drug and Alcohol Dependency and cases involving Non-Accidental Injuries. Leanna has also acted for the Official Solicitor on several occasions which brings an added complexity to any case. Although Leanna undertakes Advocacy in the local Courts she is completing the CILEx Advocacy Certificate with a view to completing her Children Panel Accreditation.
Outside of work, Leanna is keen city-break traveller which has now resulted in her self-excluding herself from several travel websites!

Annie graduated from the University of Brighton in 2012 with an honours degree in Law and Business before going on to study the Legal Practice Course (Private and Commercial) at the University of Law in Guildford in 2013.
Annie gained residential conveyancing experience at a high street law firm in Brighton as well as litigation and debt recovery at a firm in Worthing. She trained and qualified as a solicitor with a local law firm in April 2018. Annie works in Adur and Worthing's Legal Services Team (Property) as an Assistant Lawyer.

After achieving a 2:1 in her Psychology degree, Chrissie decided to pursue a career in law and went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP Law School in London. Following this she attended The College of Law in Guildford to complete the Legal Practice Course in 2011 where she was awarded a distinction. She completed her training contract at a firm with offices in Sussex and London and qualified as a solicitor in January 2013.
Chrissie originally joined Bennett Griffin in November 2014 as part of our Elderly Client team before taking some time off to travel. She returned to Bennett Griffin in February 2017 as a solicitor in the Commercial Property Department and is now based in our Worthing town centre office.
